Green Apartment

This wonderful apartment is ideal for couples and families. The Green apartment is totally renovated in February of 2017! The size of the accommodation is 50 m2 and it takes 2-4 people. The amazing balcony where you can have a breakfast in the morning or a dinner while the sun goes down is 12m2.

The spacious bedroom has a comfortable double bed with door access to the balcony. We also provide fresh linen and towels for our guests.

Modern living room with a comfortable sofa, dining table with 4 chairs, air-conditioning, LCD TV with digital satellite receiver (100 programs – Croatian, Italian, English, German, French). From the living room, you can access the high sleeper (double bed, sleeping place for 2 persons).

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, cooking utensils, coffee machine, microwave and a dishwasher. If you decide you want to sit on the balcony just to get some rest you will be able to rest your eyes on the historical tower of Premantura.

High sleeper: since 2017 the Green apartment has a high sleeper with a double bed. You can acces the high sleeper from the living room.
Living room: spacious living room with access to the balcony. The living room consists of a air conditioner, sofa, table, flat TV, eating table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, freezer/refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, coffee machine, pans, plates and cutlery.
Bathroom: spacious and modern bathroom with a shower, bathroom sink, cabinet for toiletries and a toilet.
Big Balcony: 12m2, shade screen, table with four chairs
