About Villa Marizella

Villa Marizella is a family run accommodation, we are quite hands-on in making sure our guests will have a cozy place to rest in one of Croatia’s most beautiful villages, Premantura. As a local resident, we know the finest beaches, restaurants and other attractions in and around Premantura. Our apartments are 100% designed and furnished by us. We hope you will experience the beauty of Premantura and our house as we do. You can choose from our three main types of apartments:

The Green Apartment

This wonderful apartment has been totally renovated in February of 2017! We have added a high sleeper for extra comfort and renovated the bedroom and living room. The Green apartment has a double bed in the bedroom, a comfortable sofa in the living (also sleeping place for 2 persons) and a high sleeper for two persons. this type of space would be highly recommended for couples or families going on a summer vacation in Premantura,

It looks fresh, squeaky clean and best of all, every furnishing of this area has relaxing components to further calm your mind and ease away the stresses of your daily hustles. When staying at the Green Apartment, its spaciousness will further give your mind enough white space, towards allowing for a more serene, healthy disposition during your trip.

What’s more? The Green Apartment also has a balcony so you can take the time to sit in there for several hours, sip your tea, coffee or a delicious Istrian wine and have relaxing conversations with your loved ones. If it gets too hot, the Green Apartment has efficiently working air conditioning units to provide comfort for you and your family.

The Sunny Apartment

For couples and families who are on holiday in Premantura, the Sunny Apartment would be their adorable choice for a space to stay in. Whether you’re on a holiday to see Kamenjak, Premantura or Istria, you would have the most relaxing space in the form of the Sunny Apartment. Its white walls and ceilings are beautifully accented by yellow colors and black colors. You can enjoy some romantic conversations with its available balcony and flowering garden.

If you would also like to cook something special and prepare your loved one’s favorite dish, the Sunny Apartment has complete kitchen utensils, which you can use.

The Blue Studio

This space should be suitable for a couple who prefer fuss-free yet cozy studio to stay in as they spend their holiday in Premantura. It’s designed in Shabby Chic along with peaceful and relaxing color combinations of blue and white.

The Blue Studio has a private terrace for couples to have conversations in or for the health conscious ones; they can even take in several minutes to do their meditating sessions in here. The Blue studio has also a covered outdoor kitchen with a BBQ.

If couples would also want to prepare their own meals after purchasing their ingredients from nearby markets, the Villa Marizella’s Blue Studio also has complete cooking utensils and features for them to use.
